i remember when i first made layne, i didn’t make him to be as much of a good guy as he is now. he was a true chaotic neutral. didn’t care about anyone, went about his own ways neither for good or bad in a hectic manner. he hurt people if they deserved it and without thinking much of it. bringing him to a modern verse put a sorta damper on how i meant to portray him and i’ve been realizing that lately. most of anything he does for good would be for a bit of show. make him come off normal to other people but he really just doesn’t care much. and he doesn’t find himself caring much unless he ends up really liking a person, which takes a while if it’s beyond sexual attraction. otherwise, he’s very self centered. goes after his own pleasure, venting his anger, and getting into trouble. i want to work that part of him back into his person and onto this blog. by nature, he’s just a hedonist.
