he glanced back over his shoulder trying his hardest to follow the man’s gaze, but with how packed the cafe was it was a little difficult. lips pursed he thumbed gently at the sleeve on his coffee cup trying to work through all the little hints the other had given him. it’d be way too forward for him to just assume himself, not to mention narcissistic. a smirk curled on his lips as he took a step closer to the other, settling with his hip resting against the counter they were lingering at. he couldn’t help letting his gaze wander, the man was handsome there was no shame in that.
❛ oh yeah? – I could show you easier than I could tell you.
he almost laughed the way the other had turned his head to trace his gaze. internally he was smacking himself over the hints bordering nonexistent. but with the distance closing between them, he could only hope that something translated through. teeth worried along the corner of his lip, breaking the smirk he had before. it was almost tempting enough to lean in and close the distance himself. once the other had taken that step forward, he let himself follow in kind. just a slight shuffle closer and one of his shoulders shrugged. wouldn’t this just make a good morning even better?
